Description
The OMS Solutions Architect will lead the design, implementation, governance, and delivery of Order Management System transformation programs for retail customers. The role focuses on IBM Sterling OMS and related technologies, including Sterling Intelligent Promising, Order Hub, Business Center, and Spring Boot microservices, while designing integrations with ERP, WMS, CRM, planning, and e-commerce systems. Responsibilities include solution architecture, technical workshops, implementation leadership, CI/CD and DevOps governance, observability, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and roadmap coordination. The position requires 12–15 years of overall IT experience, including 5–10 years in OMS architecture, at least two IBM Sterling OMS implementations for large retailers, and strong retail commerce and omnichannel order management expertise.
