Description
Micron Technology is hiring a semiconductor yield engineer to use process and defect simulation to identify root causes of manufacturing defects, correlate simulation results with fab data, and drive process-window optimization and yield improvement. The role partners with process, integration, and equipment engineers, supports new-process introduction and baseline qualification, and applies structured problem-solving methods such as FA, FMEA, DOE, SPC, and 8D. A master’s degree in engineering or a related field and hands-on experience in semiconductor process engineering, yield engineering, defect analysis, or simulation are required.
