Description
The American Cancer Society is hiring an on-call Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for guests at Hope Lodge. The role manages check-in and check-out, provides information about amenities and community resources, coordinates transportation and lodge services, responds to guest requests and emergencies, maintains records, and monitors lobby security. Coverage may include daytime, evening, occasional overnight, and weekend shifts, with planned coverage typically scheduled two weeks in advance and occasional short-notice availability required. The position pays $19.50 per hour and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and communication skills, and flexibility for varied shifts.
