Thrive Community Support Services (Thrive CSS) is hiring experienced On-Call Direct Support Professionals to provide flexible coverage throughout Bucks County for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. The role supports daily living, personal care, community participation, documentation, and communication with individuals, families, and the administrative team. It is an on-call coverage position with no guaranteed weekly schedule, requires reliability, adaptability, transportation, and prior DSP or related caregiving/human services experience, and pays $25–$30 per hour based on experience and assignment needs.
