The Dishwasher/Prep Cook is an on-call, non-exempt, onsite Associate I role reporting to the Sous Chef in Napa, California. The position operates dishwashing equipment, cleans kitchen equipment and back-of-house areas, assists with food preparation, maintains cleaning and temperature logs, and performs opening, closing, and side duties. It requires food preparation and food safety knowledge, a valid California food handler permit, basic math and counting skills, English communication, flexible scheduling, and a valid driver’s license. The salary range is $21.44–$24.31 per hour, and the application remains open until filled.
