Paragon Properties is hiring an On-Call Maintenance Service Technician for the Southfield and Troy areas. The role requires living on-site and participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation to respond to maintenance emergencies and after-hours service requests, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general property upkeep. The position offers a guaranteed full-time 40-hour schedule, up to $26 per hour, a company-paid apartment, medical, dental, and optical insurance, and other benefits. Applicants need at least one year of technical, vocational, or on-the-job maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work outdoors in all seasons.
