OPTIPER is seeking committed and flexible employees for an on-call production role supporting clients. The position may involve work as a production worker and, depending on qualifications, as a machine and plant operator. Duties include supporting machine operators, inspecting and approving print products, performing visual quality checks, counting, picking, assembling orders, packaging products, setting up and monitoring offset printing machines, controlling the printing process, and preparing inks and printing materials. The role requires production experience, willingness to work in a three-shift system, physical resilience, flexibility for short-notice staffing, and a driver’s license with a personal car.
