Vista Prairie at Ridgeway in New Ulm, Minnesota is hiring an On-Call Resident Assistant to support residents in assisted living and memory care. The role provides personal care, mobility and safe-transfer assistance, medication administration, resident relationship building, and a comfortable daily experience. It is an on-call position with varying AM, PM, and NOC shifts, a path to a full-time schedule, and pay of $19.19–$22.25 per hour plus shift differentials. A high school diploma or GED and about one year of Resident Assistant experience are preferred; applicants must be able to read, write, and follow directions accurately.
