Patch Caregiving is hiring a part-time, variable-schedule on-call substitute teacher to provide play-based, multi-age childcare for children ages 2–12 at its White's Creek, Tennessee site. The role covers day shifts during the week, including one guaranteed Friday, and involves supervising children, leading activities and curriculum, communicating with parents, maintaining records, and supporting emergencies. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of lead teacher experience in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting, child development knowledge, diapering and toilet-training experience, communication skills, digital communication familiarity, and First Aid and CPR certification. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour, with weekly paychecks, paid sick time, free First Aid and CPR training, a learning stipend, professional coaching, and flexible days off.
