Rauma Municipality is hiring on-call substitutes for day, evening, and night shifts, including weekdays and weekends, across residential and habilitation services in Åndalsnes, Måndalen, and Isfjorden. The role provides assistance with daily practical and personal tasks, meal preparation, hygiene, appointments, social activities, and everyday-life organization for people with disabilities. Applicants must be at least 18, hold a class B manual transmission driver's license, have good Norwegian and digital skills, and preferably have relevant healthcare, child and youth, social educator, or nursing education. Experience with challenging behavior and relevant work or further education are desirable. The vacancy has no application deadline and is assessed on an ongoing basis.
