Description
The Substitute Teacher supports students at Hope Learning Academy Springfield by implementing individualized education programs, delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities, supervising classroom paraprofessionals, completing required documentation, using educational materials and equipment, and maintaining a positive classroom environment. The role reports to the Principal and requires a valid Illinois Teaching Certificate or Type 39 Certificate, successful background clearance, physical and drug/alcohol screening, and compliance with Department of Human Services and Department of Child and Family Services licensing standards.
