Amsta is hiring an On-Call Support Worker for its Overtoom residence in Amsterdam West, providing flexible on-call support to residents with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities. The role involves supporting daily routines and activities, providing structure and companionship, observing residents, and encouraging independence. Applicants need an MBO-level 3 or 4 qualification in Care & Welfare or a relevant care qualification, availability for individual shifts, holiday cover, or sickness cover, and a practical, patient, empathetic approach. The position offers up to €3,635 gross per month based on full-time employment, along with holiday allowance, year-end bonus, pension contributions, training, and other benefits.
