Intel CAIGC is hiring a college graduate-level on-device AI engineer in Shanghai to deploy and optimize LLMs, VLMs, image/video generation models, and AI agents on end devices. The role involves prototyping inference pipelines, media codecs, and automation tools in Python or C/C++, integrating systems, tuning performance, and co-optimizing CPU, GPU, and NPU hardware and software. Candidates need a master's or PhD (with exceptional bachelor's candidates considered), proficiency in Python or C/C++, familiarity with Windows or Linux, and preferably hands-on experience with AI applications, inference frameworks, model optimization, and on-device deployment.
