Description
Sweco is hiring an on-site construction supervisor for large classified-road and motorway construction projects in North Rhine-Westphalia. The role oversees contract, quality, occupational health and safety, environmental, and project documentation compliance; reviews measurements, invoices, and change orders; coordinates contractors, planners, and stakeholders; communicates with clients and authorities; and tracks deviations, defects, and risks. Applicants need a civil engineering, traffic engineering, state-certified technician, or comparable qualification, several years of road or motorway construction supervision experience, strong German skills, and a class B driver’s license.
