Dichelbau GmbH is hiring a full-time On-site Maintenance Worker to perform maintenance and repair work on operational buildings and outdoor areas, support general company-premises work and courier runs, organize and oversee civil engineering and company yards, receive and store materials and spare parts, issue and return tools and machinery, keep work areas tidy, and coordinate maintenance activities. The role requires physical resilience, reliability, practical and manual skills, technical understanding, and a Class B driver’s license. Compensation includes performance-based pay, a 13th-month salary, bonuses, overtime allowance, and a monthly tax-free voucher.
