Description
The Onsite Management Executive serves as the senior AKAM representative at the property level, overseeing the comprehensive operation, administration, fiscal management, resident and board relations, physical plant, personnel, compliance, and hospitality of a condominium, cooperative, or mixed-use property. The role reports to the Managing Director and requires at least five to seven years of experience managing luxury residential or mixed-use buildings, along with strong leadership, property-management-system, financial-reporting, regulatory, and communication skills.
