Personalhaus is hiring an On-Site Manager to oversee on-site management for a major industrial client in Kassel, with the option of being taken over by the client’s business. The role manages temporary employees, coordinates the client and staffing providers, approves invoices and contracts, leads process-improvement meetings, ensures compliance with data protection, occupational safety, and the Temporary Employment Act, and supports recruitment and onboarding. The position requires commercial training or an equivalent qualification, familiarity with on-site management, personnel scheduling, and temporary staffing, and the ability to travel regularly between client sites.
