Personalhaus is hiring an On-Site Manager for a large industrial client in the Celle area, with the possibility of being taken over by the client’s company. The role manages on-site operations, coordinates temporary workers, oversees client and HR-service-provider interfaces, approves invoices and contracts, leads process meetings, ensures compliance with legal and client requirements, and supports recruitment and onboarding. Candidates need commercial training or a comparable qualification, experience in on-site management, staffing, or temporary staffing, strong communication and organizational skills, regular travel between client locations, and MS Office proficiency; vendor-management-system experience is preferred.
