Description
Boardwalk is hiring an on-site Property Manager for its Aspire (View Royal area) or The Vue (Langford area) rental communities. The role combines customer service, rent collection, suite inspections, leasing, maintenance coordination, snow removal, cleaning, and other site operations. Applicants must live on site, hold a valid Class 5 driver's license and own a vehicle, and be available for evenings and weekends. Two years of customer service experience is required, while post-secondary education in a related field, computer experience, and familiarity with technology are assets.
