Unisys is hiring an On-Site Service Engineer to provide hands-on, customer-facing support for enterprise data center servers and hardware, including Dell PowerEdge systems and next-generation AI infrastructure. The role involves diagnosing and repairing server components, installing and configuring hardware, updating firmware and BIOS, using server management tools, performing preventive and reactive maintenance, documenting service activities, and supporting on-call rotations. Candidates need at least three years of hands-on enterprise server or data center hardware experience, strong troubleshooting skills, customer-facing communication ability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel to customer sites.
