Description
Unisys is hiring an On-Site Service Engineer to provide hands-on, on-site support for enterprise data center servers and hardware environments, including Dell PowerEdge servers and next-generation AI infrastructure. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing server hardware, installing and replacing components, performing rack-and-stack and cabling work, troubleshooting BIOS, firmware, operating systems, and server management tools, conducting preventive maintenance, documenting service activities, and supporting customer-facing service events. The position requires at least three years of hands-on enterprise server experience, physical server hardware work, and the ability to travel to customer sites and work flexible or on-call schedules.
