Unisys is hiring an On-Site Service Engineer to provide hands-on, customer-facing support for enterprise data center servers and hardware, including Dell PowerEdge systems and next-generation AI infrastructure. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing server components, installing and configuring hardware, troubleshooting BIOS, firmware, operating systems, and server-management tools, performing preventive maintenance, documenting service activities, and supporting on-call rotations. Candidates need at least three years of hands-on enterprise server or data center hardware experience, with AI infrastructure experience preferred but not required.
