Description
Formel D is hiring an On-Site Supervisor for its Quality department to support automotive OEM customers, coordinate engineers and technicians, lead quality improvement and project meetings, manage automotive-part containment, verify payroll hours, and supervise shift transitions and team members. The role requires hands-on automotive quality, rework, and retrofit experience, at least one to two years of project supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. It is physically demanding, may involve outdoor work in all weather, and requires lifting up to 50 pounds and working at heights up to 20–25 feet.
