Lifelong Access is hiring a full-time On-Site Supervisor in Training to train with and assist On-Site Supervisors in managing Community Integrated Living Arrangements while also performing Direct Support Professional duties. The role supports individuals with developmental disabilities through personal care, household management, community participation, goal development, transportation, medication administration when authorized, safety, documentation, and required training. It pays $20.75 per hour plus a $0.50 per hour increase after med authorization training, requires a high school diploma or GED, relevant experience, CPR/First Aid certification, a valid Illinois driver’s license, automobile insurance, and at least 18 years of age, and offers benefits including professional development, flexible scheduling, paid time off, and comprehensive benefit plans.
