Lifelong Access is hiring a full-time On-Site Supervisor (OSS) for its Supported Living program. The role supervises staff at assigned Community Integrated Living Arrangements, monitors support provided to individuals while following their Person Center Plans, and offers direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in environments they choose. The position pays $21.75 per hour, with a $0.50 per hour increase after completing medical authorization training, and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, CPR/First Aid certification, a valid Illinois driver’s license, automobile insurance, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
