Rheinfelden Citizens’ Home is hiring an on-site support staff member / support assistant under Section 43b SGB XI to support elderly and care-dependent residents in a residential unit. The role involves individual and group activation, planning and conducting movement and other group offers, organizing resource-oriented activities, supporting parties and events, accompanying residents, and leading activities such as painting, singing, reading aloud, walks, and sensory-perception exercises.
