HELPLINE is hiring two on-site IT Support Technicians to work at a client site in Rennes. The role provides on-site user support, manages meeting rooms, performs workstation maintenance and imaging, maintains IT inventory and fleet updates, supports desktops and business applications, and collaborates with a remote support team. Candidates need initial on-site IT support experience, strong customer service and communication skills, troubleshooting ability, autonomy, and a Category B driver’s license. The position is permanent, starts in mid-October, pays €2,100–€2,200 gross per month, and includes health insurance, transportation reimbursement, meal vouchers, training, and other benefits.
