Description
Under the supervision of the Construction Site Operations Director, the trainer is responsible for training, coaching, evaluating, and supporting on-site technicians and trainees to improve service quality, standardize site operations, and optimize processes. The role also includes high-level technical support, participation in site procedure updates and annual technical training planning, ensuring workplace health and safety compliance, and occasionally performing site technician duties on geotechnical and environmental projects. The position requires significant relevant field experience, strong French communication skills, leadership, and a client-focused approach.
