Protolabs is hiring an On-the-Job Trainer to support the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of employees in a manufacturing environment. The role involves hands-on instruction, coaching, performance support, creation and maintenance of work instructions, student certification, training-plan documentation, and adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards. The position works the M-TH 5PM-3AM shift with a $2.40 shift differential and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of training or teaching experience in manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing experience, and the ability to teach and communicate technical work instructions.
