Description
The On-the-Job Trainer supports the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of employees in a manufacturing environment through hands-on instruction, coaching, performance support, work-instruction development, training-plan maintenance, and skill certification. The role works with technical leads, supervisors, and cross-functional stakeholders, follows quality and safety standards, and may require off-shift training coverage. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of training or teaching experience in manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. The shift is Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM with a $2.40 shift differential, and the role is open only to U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or eligible refugee or asylee status.
