Description
The Manufacturing Training Specialist trains learners in manufacturing procedures and policies, develops and maintains work instructions and training materials, instructs students, maintains training records, and certifies skill attainment. The role also supports off-shift training coverage, follows quality and safety standards, and improves work processes. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of training or teaching experience in a manufacturing environment, Lean Manufacturing experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
