The Accelerator is a two-assignment, six-month rotational program supporting Oracle's North America Business Operations team. Participants work across sales operations, business operations, analytics and tools, processes and controls, program management, and deal strategy, analyzing data, building workflows, applying AI and automation, and communicating recommendations to stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor's degree completed within the past one to two years or expected by the program start date, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with productivity tools; dashboarding, SQL, or data-visualization experience is a plus. The program offers mentorship, training, and leadership exposure, with a US hiring range of $23.08 to $45.05 per hour and $48,000 to $93,700 per annum, plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
