Description
EVERSTAR is hiring an Onboard Engineer for an R&D team to develop, test, and scale existing solutions. The role involves assembling, tuning, diagnosing, and repairing internal combustion engines and fuel systems; installing and maintaining engine and propeller-engine assemblies; supporting real-time telemetry tests; replacing consumables; troubleshooting in field conditions; configuring avionics; inspecting vehicles before launches; and analyzing malfunctions. The position requires engineering education, 1–2 years of experience in UAVs, general aviation, motorsports, kart maintenance, or complex model equipment, and knowledge of electronics, electrical engineering, and UAV design. It is based in an office in Kyiv, with up to 10 days of remote work per year, health insurance, and other benefits.
