Description
Chargeflow is hiring an Onboarding & Implementation Lead to own and scale onboarding across SMB and Enterprise customers. The role leads enterprise implementations from contract signature through activation, manages onboarding plans and stakeholder communication, resolves blockers, improves completion rates and time to value, and develops onboarding workflows and playbooks. It requires at least three years of customer-facing SaaS experience, enterprise implementation experience, strong project-management and communication skills, and technical aptitude for integrations and APIs. The position is hybrid, based in the Modi’in office with three days per week in the office.
