Description
The Onboarding & Performance Coach owns the teacher journey from onboarding through consistent performance, including platform and client-standard training, lesson observations, coaching, quality and compliance checks, performance analysis, and coordination with recruitment, training, operations, and the client. The role requires 3–5 years of teaching experience, a recognised teaching qualification, mentoring experience, strong English, comfort with performance data, and a reliable home working setup. It is a full-time, work-from-home position in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, with at least 20 teaching hours per month and possible additional paid teaching hours.
