FlyAkeed is hiring an Onboarding Associate in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to manage customer onboarding from contract signing through Go Live. The role coordinates customer requirements and internal implementation teams, leads kickoff meetings, tracks milestones, manages multiple onboarding projects, maintains records, supports customers, and improves onboarding processes. It requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field; 1–3 years of customer onboarding, customer success, or similar customer-facing experience; Arabic and English communication skills; and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and task or project management tools.
