Description
Grant Thornton is hiring an Onboarding Associate to deliver a high-touch, inclusive pre-boarding and onboarding experience for new hires and boomerang candidates. The role supports background checks, employee profiles, I-9 compliance, technology delivery, new-hire orientation, shared-services inquiries, onboarding toolkits, and ad hoc People & Culture projects. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of HR generalist or onboarding experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with HR/ERP systems and Microsoft Office. The base salary range is $60,000 to $80,000.
