Howmet is hiring an HR Onboarding Specialist at its Wichita Falls facility to support new-hire assimilation through feedback collection, orientation testing, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy development, recordkeeping, training guidance, and change-management activities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, at least one year of HR onboarding or recruiting experience, work across multiple shifts, and legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
