Description
The Associate Implementation Consultant serves as an application subject matter expert for the SIS Complete application, supporting implementation projects from initiation through post-activation support. Responsibilities include application configuration, project management, user training, requirements gathering, risk identification, issue resolution, scope and scheduling management, and coordination with clients, vendors, and SIS. The role requires healthcare and ASC exposure, SaaS implementation coursework, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to teach and motivate users. It is a hybrid role requiring office work three days per week and travel up to 75%, with medical, vision, dental, disability, retirement, and paid leave benefits.
