Hera is hiring an Onboarding Guide to serve as the first point of contact for families referred by doctors, helping them understand geriatric care management, complete paperwork and insurance verification, navigate technology, schedule their first appointment, and coordinate a smooth handoff to their matched care Hero. The role offers 1099 flexibility for 30–40 hours per week in business hours EST, requires fluency in Spanish and English, and is remote for candidates located in the United States.
