Description
The Production Training Liaison supports onboarding and training for new production employees, including orientation, SOP updates, training documentation, progress monitoring, check-ins, and coordination with supervisors and operations. The role also assists with employee engagement initiatives and may cover laundry or other liaison duties. It is a hybrid office-and-production position in a cold, refrigerated poultry-processing plant, requiring physical work, PPE, food-safety compliance, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
