Description
Anthropic is hiring a Program Manager to own the live delivery of its new-hire onboarding program in San Francisco. The role facilitates cohorts, coordinates Recruiting, People Services, Workplace, IT, AV, and presenters, manages weekly logistics and contingency plans, tracks feedback and program health, and iterates on content and operating systems. It requires extensive recurring-program delivery experience, large-group facilitation, project management, and strong communication skills, with at least two office days per week and visa sponsorship available when possible.
