Description
The Onboarding Program Manager will design, build, and continuously improve a standardized onboarding program for Burroughs’ technical workforce, including field service, technical support, and product-centric roles. The role combines instructional design, knowledge architecture, AI-enabled learning, content curation, augmented reality, mentorship, and data-driven measurement to accelerate new-hire competency and align onboarding with operational outcomes. It is an office-based position with a largely sedentary working environment.
