Decoda Health is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to own the full onboarding journey for new clinics, from contract kickoff through go-live and the first weeks of operation. The role combines customer success, hands-on training, go-live coordination, bug and feature feedback, and the development of scalable onboarding playbooks and automations, using AI tools to improve efficiency. Candidates need 2–4 years of implementation, onboarding, or customer success experience, strong communication and training skills, technical comfort, and an ownership mindset. The position is based in Toronto and requires regular on-site clinic visits.
