Description
The Onboarding Specialist will train and support new restaurant partners using inKind’s platform, coordinate onboarding and training, manage partner project and maintenance requests, serve as a subject matter expert on platform implementation, and build relationships with external partners. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant experience, along with familiarity with collaboration and project-management tools. It is primarily in-person in Austin, Texas, with a salary of $65,000-$75,000 plus bonus and employer-covered health and dental insurance.
