Amazon Freight Partner is hiring an Onboarding Sr. Program Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new freight partners, from offer acceptance through their first load. The role designs the partner journey, coordinates internal teams and external vendors, resolves regulatory and policy blockers, improves onboarding using performance data, and partners with Product and Engineering to build self-service technology. The position requires at least five years of program or project management experience, a bachelor's degree, and experience managing cross-functional programs; preferred qualifications include vendor-management, launch-readiness, regulatory, generative AI, and logistics experience. The role is available in Atlanta, Georgia; Nashville, Tennessee; and Bellevue, Washington, with annual base salaries ranging from $104,100 to $160,000 depending on location.
