Pilgrim’s is hiring an Onboarding Supervisor in Arcadia, Wisconsin to manage new-hire onboarding from day one through 60 days or until the new hire becomes qualified. The role oversees safety compliance, floor training, attendance, qualification status, retention, safety observations, JSA completions, and relationships with new hires, supervisors, Human Resources, and clients. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, bilingual ability, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to work in a plant or industrial environment.
