Pilgrim’s is hiring an Onboarding Supervisor to oversee the onboarding experience of new hires from day one through 60 days or until they become qualified. The role supervises and demonstrates hands-on floor training, tracks training attendance and qualification status, supports new-hire retention and safety objectives, and coordinates with supervisors, Human Resources, and coordinators. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, bilingual ability, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to work in a plant or industrial environment.
