Pilgrim’s is hiring an Onboarding Supervisor to manage new-hire onboarding from day one through 60 days or until the new hire becomes qualified. The role oversees safety compliance, floor training, attendance, qualification status, retention, safety observations, JSA completions, and relationships with new hires, supervisors, Human Resources, and coordinators. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong organizational and communication skills, willingness to work in a plant or industrial environment, and good attendance.
