The Onboarding Technical Consultant is a Tier 2 technical delivery role at Centre Technologies, responsible for assessing, documenting, securing, and preparing new client environments for ongoing managed support. This involves performing onsite and remote technical discovery, deploying Centre tools and standards, resolving intermediate infrastructure and endpoint issues, and partnering with various internal teams during active onboardings. The consultant will act as a technical liaison between clients, project teams, and support teams.
